3 Component Mixer

Description 
The MX3 is a precision liquid metering / mixing system. It has been designed to accurately dispense two or three components into a single container and mix for the desired time. The MX3 can fit readily into a lab or production environment. The metering and mixing on the MX3 is fully programmable and programs can be stored for recall at a later time.
Process flow for mixing 3 components, A-B-C

1. Select amount of material to be mixed, the total of A, B and C. 

2. Enter percent (%) quantity of component A.

3. Enter percent (%) quantity of component B.

4. Component C quantity will automatically calculate.

5. A programmable delay can be added between any step.

6. Enter mixing time

7. Place bottle on mixing/dispensing station. Push start.

8. Alarm will sound upon program completion.
